Player Policies

The player policies is accessible when you click the " Agree Player Policies " button when creating a new player.



After you clicked the button , the player policies will pop-up automatically.





Below is the list policies :


§1 Ownership

Each player may only own and play one account per server.
60-days absence from Kingory leads to irreversible account deletion.
The owner of an account may not transfer the password of an account to any person. There is no compensation for damages done by someone knowing the password for an account. The Kingory Team reserves the right to deny service /compensation/help and may punish the account in question for illegal password sharing. Furthermore an account that uses an insecure password that can be easily obtained or guessed does not qualify for compensation in case of damage to the account.

§2 Multi-Accounting

Each player is allowed to control no more than a single account per World (Server). If you’re unsatisfied with current account you can delete it and registered a new account but multi-accounting in one Server is strictly forbidden.
Following behavior is considered breach of rules of single account:
Trading resources between accounts in the same network.
Not spending resources on buildings or researching but only frequently trading resources between accounts.

Trading resources frequently in extortionate prices between accounts.
Capturing or marauding accounts for many times that are in the same network when there is no obvious benefit to the attacked accounts.
Not developing your city infrastructure but willingly allowing other accounts to attack or conquer your city when it does not clearly benefit the account being attacked or conquered.
Meanwhile, Friendly Fire is not allowed and treated as a breach to single-account rules, which includes but not limited to obvious collusion between players by means of marauding or capturing each other’s account in turn.

§3 Netiquette

Everyone must communicate in a polite, conversational tone. English is the only official language tolerated. Content can be censored, punished in a temporary or permanent basis; no complaints will be processed about this and as always the final word will be with the game team.
Following behavior is punishable and applies to all descriptions, the account name, league names, city names and messages etc
Participation in abusive, defamatory, sexist, racist or profane language; disparaging any religion, race, nation, gender, age group, or sexual orientation; threatening persons with actions in real life.
Posting or transmission of any material not suitable for underage persons or violating any applicable local, provincial, national or international laws or regulations, including sexually explicit, illegal, indecent or obscene images, material or links.
Blackmailing players in a way that violates any of Kingory's rules respective the general terms and conditions.
No player may request a real life picture of another player regardless of age or gender.
No real world politics are allowed in names and descriptions.

Impersonation of officials or official positions, including, but not limited to, Administrators, GMs and the Support, is illegal in any way.
Advertisement of any kind that has not been permitted by the Kingory Team is impermissible.


§4 Punishments

If there is an offence against these game rules, the GMs, if necessary, Administrators will ban the account(s) in question and decide on a proper punishment. Punishments will always exceed the gain of the violation of the rules.
Possible punishments include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Warning from GM

  • The rights to chat in Channels for some time

  • Full deletion or partial deletion of illegal earnings against rules such as inhabitants, resources, Gold, troops and cities, ect

  • Removal of or from the league

  • Suspension of the account

Deletion of the account or permanently removing access to in game accounts.
Resources, buildings, population, Gold or troops etc lost during the time of suspension do not count as punishment.

§4.1 Replacements

Resources, buildings, cities or troops lost during the time of suspension will not be replaced by the Kingory Team.

§4.2 Diamonds

No player has the right to claim payment or replacement for Diamonds lost due to suspension.
There is no special treatment for Kingory Diamonds users regarding the game rules neither in the time needed to deal with the case nor in the punishment.

§4.3 Appeals

Players may talk to the GM who banned them or an Administrator via sg@wangye173.com. Bans, punishments or deletions are not to be discussed in public (e.g. Chat or Forums). Appeals must be written in English unless the GM or Administrator expressively agrees on another language.
Additionally, the Kingory Team will not provide information to persons other than the account owner.

§5 Bug using

Using a bug for anyone’s profit intentionally or not reporting a bug intentionally is strictly forbidden.

§6 Scripting/Using a program as interface between the player and his game is prohibited. Any other form of automatically generated information generated for a group of players to gain an advantage over other players/groups with malicious intentions is forbidden as well.
This includes but is not limited to:
  • Bots
  • Macros
  • Automated island databases
Note: Only exceptions to this are programs that are expressly approved by GameForge.

§7 Instigation & Collaboration

Inciting, manipulating, encouraging, assisting or conspiring with others to violate any of Kingory Rules is impermissible.

§8 Deletions

These rules apply for players that will delete their accounts or are currently deleting their accounts without exception.

§9 Changing of rules

The Kingory Team reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

§10 Correction clause

If individual regulations of this set of rules should be ineffective, it does not affect the validity of the remaining regulations of this set of rules. The Administrators commit themselves to replace ineffective regulations with new regulations which replace the ineffective regulations in legally permissible way. These enter into force without delay and will be used in any current case. This also applies to regulation gaps contained in the set of rules. To correct the gap the Administrators commit themselves to work toward a correction, which abides by the intended purpose of the existing rules.
