"There is Stratagemical in Interior, Military, Economic. Different traits of hero will have different effect when using same stratagemical."

The success of using stratagemical depends on how the user use it .If user want to use a stratagemical toward a city, gamer need to consider about the castellan resourcefulness. If there is no castellan, the stratagemical sure will success.

Applying strategies is a tricky business. You must take into account the intelligence of your opponents. Different stratagems work differently according to the traits of heroes. For example, before you apply a strategem to a city, consider the castellan’ s Intelligence. Of course, a city without a castellan is surely to be easily conquered.


Suspicion


Exaggerates troop number 5 to 10 times. Effect for 10 minutes needs 1 Intelligence point. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Empty Fort Strategy


Understates troop number to 10 to 20%. Effect for 10 minutes needs 1 Intelligence point. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Nigerian Letter


Exaggerates resources 5 to 10 times. Effect for 10 minutes needs 1 Intelligence point. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Destitution


Understates resources to 10 to 20%. Effect for 10 minutes needs 1 Intelligence point. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Caged Dog Bashing


Enemy cannot recall the marching troops until they finish the attack. This stratagem can be counteracted by Cicada Skin Shed.


Spread Rumors


If applied successfully, Loyalty of target city decreases instantly. 10 Intelligence points decrease 1 Loyalty. The city is immune in the next 24 hours.


Estrangement


If applied successfully, Loyalty of a Hero in target city decreases instantly. 10 Intelligence points decrease 1 Loyalty. The Hero is immune in the next 24 hours.


Ambush From All Sides


Troops in target city are undispatchable. Effect for 1 minute consumes 1 Intelligence point. The city is immune in the next 6 hours. This stratagem can be counteracted by Adv by A Hidden Path.


Cicada Skin Shed


Speeds up the pace of returning troops. 1 Intelligence point shortens returning time by 1 minute. This stratagem can counteract Bolt the Door to Catch the Thief. The troops are immune in the next 1 hour.


Obvious Intention


Breaks through the blockade of the enemy and send out your troops. Effect for 1 minute needs 1 Intelligence point. This stratagem is used to counteract Ambushes from All Sides.


Astro Lockdown


Lengthens the marching time of enemy's troops. 1 Intelligence point can lengthen marching time by 1 minute. The troops are immune in the next 24 hours.


Undeclared War


Wages wars against other players without declaration. Effect for 1 minute needs 1 Intelligence point. It leads to deduction of Influence. The player is immune in the next 6 hours.


Expediate


Speeds up the pace of your marching troops. 1 Intelligence point can shorten marching time by 1%. The troops are immune in the next 1 hour.


Spyglass


Shows you all the locations of target players' cities if applied successfully.


Trail Trekker


If applied successfully, you will receive a report showing the information on the troops dispatched to and from the target city.


Feast On Misfortune


Decreases the protection ability of the Warehouses in target city, which allows you to plunder more resources. 15 Intelligence points decrease protection ability by 1 % and last for 1 minute. Effect of this stratagem and Maraud skill are superimposable. The city is immune in the next 24 hours.


Weakest Link


Calls back the marching troops of target city if applied successfully. The city is immune in the next 24 hours.


Barn Burning


Burns the Food in target city. 15 Intelligence points can burn 1% of the Food stock. The city is immune in the next 6 hours.


Bluff


Exaggerates the number of your marching troops from your city 5 to 10 times. 1 Intelligence point lasts for 10 minutes. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Truce


Understates the number of your marching troops from your city to 10 to 20%. 1 Intelligence point lasts for 10 minutes. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Incantation


Speeds up the pace of enemy's marching troops. 1 Intelligence point can quicken the marching Speed by 1%. The troops are immune in the next 24 hours.

Metropolis Cities Introduction

1. Metropolis cities have higher level resources fields ( up to level 20 ).

2. All of the metropolis cities have a standard population which is 94140.

3. The owner of metropolis cities has privileges t
o enact administrative decree when the Government reaches level 10.

There are 5 types of privileges:


  • Collect Gold: Levy Gold on a specified city

  • Collect Food: Levy Food on a specified city

  • Collect Peasants: Take possession of a certain amount of peasants from a specified city

  • Collect Troops: Take possession of a certain amount of troops from a specified city. Troops constituting the largest proportion of troop population are collectible.

  • Demilitarize: Reduce a certain amount of troops from a specified city and convert them into peasants.


Restrictions on privileges:

  • You can only levy on a selected city once per day.

  • You cannot enact administrative decree to players with Newbies Attack Immunity, using Parley or on vacation. ( metropolis city excluded ).

3. Population cap of expeditionary units in Rally Spot can be increased by 100% at the most.

4. All league members get Gold daily from metropolis cities controlled by the league according to the amount and type of metropolis cities.

5. Metropolis cities can be attacked at any moment without declaration of war. You can’t change its status to parleying or vacation, nor can you relocate or rename it.

1. The highest level of resources field can reach level 12.


2. Attainable when Military Rank reaches Major and league Influence reaches 1 million.

5. According to your Military Rank, the number of times you can enact administrative decree per day varies : Colonel for 1 time, Senior Colonel for 2 times, Brigadier for 3 times.

Shire


1. The highest level of resources field can reach level 15.


2. Attainable when Military Rank reaches Brigadier and league Influence reaches 10 million.


3. Population cap of expeditionary units in Rally Spot can be increased by 50%.


4. Your metropolis city jurisdiction extend to a specified shire area.



5. When your Military Rank reaches Marshal, you’re allowed to enact administrative decree for 8 times per day.

6. In Kingory , there are 100++ shires.


Prefecture


1. The highest level of resources field can reach level 18.


2. Attainable when Military Rank reaches Admiral and league Influence reaches 100 million.


3. Population cap of expeditionary units in Rally Spot can be increased by 100%.


4. Your metropolis city jurisdiction extends to a specified prefecture area.



5. When your Military Rank reaches Marshal, you’re allowed to enact administrative decree for 8 times per day.


6. In Kingory , there are 12 prefecture and most of them are monopoly by 1 league.


Capital (Lo Riverdale)


Has up to level 20 resources fields ; Unique in the world ; A place all lords are eager for although it's unattainable right now.

Rumors on how to unlock the capital :

- 2/3 of the Map (2/3 of the 12 prefectures) must be conquered by players which means the metro cities.

- All broadus cities must be conquered.

NOTE:


Some may wonder: why can't I attack a metropolis city even if I reach the required Military Rank and the league reaches the required influence?


That's because the heroes serving the NPC lord haven't been captured by players!


E.G.
LiuBei is the NPC lord of a shire. Unless all the heroes serving him have been captured by players, you can't attack this shire.


How to find the heroes that serve LiuBei ?

Check Rank > Hero for detailed info. (Search 1 by 1 )


Capture all the minions and you would be able to conquer the shire.

How to Increase Population ?

Population is needed to upgrade your Government and building troops . Here is a few tricks to increase your population :
1 . Upgrading and building more Cottages in your city is paramount in expanding your Population.

2 . Lower tax rates are helpful in attracting more Population.
3 . Use Item Census Order to rapidly increase Population if necessary.

4 . You can also try using Appease at your Government to increase your allegiance, which will then in turn increase your population, or use Reproduction, which instantly increases your population via the cost of food.

5 . Last but not least , the trick i founded out. I need more population to upgrade my Government and I tried and it works !




I can choose to lower the tax but I'm not showing this method today. The other method is you will have to build a couple of soldiers in the barrack ( The more the better , building rookies is highly recommended ). Wait for some couple o f day for your population to increase back to maximum and at the same time wait for your resources to increase. When the time has come , dismiss your soldiers.



Here is the result :


Sometimes when you dismiss too many soldiers , your current population will exceed the maximum capacity. And you will receive a Anthropogenic Disaster Report for overpopulating.
