The success of using stratagemical depends on how the user use it .If user want to use a stratagemical toward a city, gamer need to consider about the castellan resourcefulness. If there is no castellan, the stratagemical sure will success.

Applying strategies is a tricky business. You must take into account the intelligence of your opponents. Different stratagems work differently according to the traits of heroes. For example, before you apply a strategem to a city, consider the castellan’ s Intelligence. Of course, a city without a castellan is surely to be easily conquered.


Suspicion


Exaggerates troop number 5 to 10 times. Effect for 10 minutes needs 1 Intelligence point. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Empty Fort Strategy


Understates troop number to 10 to 20%. Effect for 10 minutes needs 1 Intelligence point. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Nigerian Letter


Exaggerates resources 5 to 10 times. Effect for 10 minutes needs 1 Intelligence point. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Destitution


Understates resources to 10 to 20%. Effect for 10 minutes needs 1 Intelligence point. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Caged Dog Bashing


Enemy cannot recall the marching troops until they finish the attack. This stratagem can be counteracted by Cicada Skin Shed.


Spread Rumors


If applied successfully, Loyalty of target city decreases instantly. 10 Intelligence points decrease 1 Loyalty. The city is immune in the next 24 hours.


Estrangement


If applied successfully, Loyalty of a Hero in target city decreases instantly. 10 Intelligence points decrease 1 Loyalty. The Hero is immune in the next 24 hours.


Ambush From All Sides


Troops in target city are undispatchable. Effect for 1 minute consumes 1 Intelligence point. The city is immune in the next 6 hours. This stratagem can be counteracted by Adv by A Hidden Path.


Cicada Skin Shed


Speeds up the pace of returning troops. 1 Intelligence point shortens returning time by 1 minute. This stratagem can counteract Bolt the Door to Catch the Thief. The troops are immune in the next 1 hour.


Obvious Intention


Breaks through the blockade of the enemy and send out your troops. Effect for 1 minute needs 1 Intelligence point. This stratagem is used to counteract Ambushes from All Sides.


Astro Lockdown


Lengthens the marching time of enemy's troops. 1 Intelligence point can lengthen marching time by 1 minute. The troops are immune in the next 24 hours.


Undeclared War


Wages wars against other players without declaration. Effect for 1 minute needs 1 Intelligence point. It leads to deduction of Influence. The player is immune in the next 6 hours.


Expediate


Speeds up the pace of your marching troops. 1 Intelligence point can shorten marching time by 1%. The troops are immune in the next 1 hour.

Shows you all the locations of target players' cities if applied successfully.


Trail Trekker


If applied successfully, you will receive a report showing the information on the troops dispatched to and from the target city.


Feast On Misfortune


Decreases the protection ability of the Warehouses in target city, which allows you to plunder more resources. 15 Intelligence points decrease protection ability by 1 % and last for 1 minute. Effect of this stratagem and Maraud skill are superimposable. The city is immune in the next 24 hours.


Weakest Link


Calls back the marching troops of target city if applied successfully. The city is immune in the next 24 hours.


Barn Burning


Burns the Food in target city. 15 Intelligence points can burn 1% of the Food stock. The city is immune in the next 6 hours.


Bluff


Exaggerates the number of your marching troops from your city 5 to 10 times. 1 Intelligence point lasts for 10 minutes. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Truce


Understates the number of your marching troops from your city to 10 to 20%. 1 Intelligence point lasts for 10 minutes. Effect can be extended if applied repeatedly.


Incantation


Speeds up the pace of enemy's marching troops. 1 Intelligence point can quicken the marching Speed by 1%. The troops are immune in the next 24 hours.
