" Beacon Amulet is used to chat in the World Chat. However , now it's free to chat in the World Chat but you can only enter your chat every 3 seconds. This is to avoid you from flooding the World Chat. You can also make a League Announcement using 2 Beacons Amulets."
You will receive a message like this for flooding the world chat. Sometimes it gets really annoying when you wanted to tell people something in a rush. I prefer having the old system back which will cost us 1 Beacon Amulet per chat .
How to Make A League Announcement :
Mail > New > League Announcement
When you click on the League Announcement , you can no longer type the Recipient name as it will send the message to all league members.
After you deliver the message, your Outbox will full of messages which you have sent to your league member. You will also get the messages from yourself because you are part of the league .
